Where do you ship to?

We are based in the UK but we do ship worldwide

 

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping above £20 is FREE, Worldwide shipping starts at £4

We do offer a tracked option at the checkout for both UK and Worldwide orders.

All sale orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class.

 

How long will my order take to get to me?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days (generally this is more like 2-3) Once your order has been dispatched UK all UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class so they generally take 1-2 working days to reach you. On average the rest of the world takes between 10-21 working days. In rare cases parcels can get held up in customs, this unfortunately is out of our control. 

 

What happens I my order doesn't get to me?

Once your order has been dispatched we no longer take responsibility for it. All orders are sent without tracking numbers to keep the shipping costs down, but there is an option at the checkout to upgrade your shipping methods to tracked. We would then send you a tracking number so you can check where your parcel is from the moment it leaves us right up until it gets to you.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We do no offer exchanges on items if you no longer want it/change your mind. We will exchange an item for a different size (providing that a replacement size is available) You will need to cover the postage costs of exchanging an item. We will only exchange an item if it its returned to us in its original condition, unworn, with tags still attached and unsoiled. We will inspect the returned item, but we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item doe not meet the criteria.

We do NOT accept returns on any sale items, all sale items (unless faulty) are non refundable.
